The Human Resource Management Review is a quarterly journal devoted to the publication of scholarly conceptual/theoretical articles pertaining to human resource management and allied fields (e.g. organizational behavior, industrial/organizational psychology, labor relations). Meta-analytical reviews that make a conceptual/theoretical contribution are also appropriate. It will focus on issues of function and process, preferably addressed at the micro (i.e., individual and group) level. However, the Review will also consider papers at the macro (organizational and societal) level of analysis. Its purpose is to provide a forum for ideas that will stimulate and lead to empirical research, as well as for the critical examination of existing concepts, models, and frameworks. Subject areas considered appropriate include, but are not limited to, personnel selection, compensation, performance appraisal, attraction and retention, training and development, human resource applications of computer technology, and human resource planning.

This journal, the official publication of the European Marketing Academy, aims to be a top quality vehicle for the publication of both conceptual and empirical work relating to all areas of marketing.

Applies theory developed from business research to actual business situations. Theoretical and empirical advances in buyer behavior, finance, organizational theory and behavior, marketing, risk and insurance, and international business are published on a regular basis.

Journal of Economic Psychology aims to present research that will improve understanding of behavioral, especially socio-psychological, aspects of economic phenomena and processes. Economic psychology as a discipline studies the psychological mechanisms that underlie consumption and other economic behavior.

The Journal of Retailing is devoted to advancing the state of knowledge and its application with respect to all aspects of retailing, its management, evolution, and current theory. The field of retailing includes both products and services, the supply chains and distribution channels that serve retailers, the relationships between retailers and members of the supply channel, and all forms of direct marketing and emerging electric markets to households. Articles may take an economic or behavior approach, but all reflect rigorous analysis and a depth of knowledge of relevant theory and existing literature. The Scandinavian Journal of Management is an international journal dedicated to the advancement of existing knowledge and understanding of management in private and public organizations, by way of empirical investigation and theoretical analysis. The journal focuses on management as an intricate set of practices aimed at promoting collective effort and the attainment of organizational goals. The role and justification of managerial practices in society are other areas of interest.

Articles that deal directly with the methodology and practice of technological forecasting as a planning tool are published in Technological Forecasting and Social Change.
