Economic Modelling fills a major gap in the economics literature, providing a single source of both theoretical and applied papers in economic modelling. The journal's prime objective is to provide an international review of the state-of-the-art in economic modelling.

Economic Systems is a refereed journal for the analysis of market and non-market solutions to allocation and distribution problems as well as attempts at and proposals for their reform. Being aware of the significant institutional variety among market economies, the journal is open to contributions on different designs of capital, labour and product markets in developed and developing countries alike. Economic Systems retains its long standing interest in topics of comparative economics, especially the transformation of formerly planned economies into market economies.

The only letter journal in its field; a valuable addition to the specialist literature in offering quick dissemination and easy accessibility of new results, models and methods in all fields of economic research. Each article is classified according to the JEL Classification System, and an author and subject index is published in the last issue of each volume to facilitate reference.

Emerging Markets Review is a truly international research journal that seeks to provide a forum for the publication of high quality research on emerging markets. With the purpose of providing valuable tools for implementing efficient policies and devising optimal investment strategies in emerging markets, the EMR aims to emphasize applied contributions over theoretical ones. EMR articles must analyze formally macro, micro, financial, institutional or other data from emerging markets, and should also provide tools or reach conclusions that are useful to practitioners.

The aim of the journal is to disseminate original theoretical and empirical research on economic phenomena within a scope that encompasses collective decision making, political behavior, and the role of institutions.

Explorations in Economic History publishes research papers of scholarly merit on a wide range of topics in economic history. The focus is wide, encompassing all aspects of economic change, all historical times, and all geographical places. Topics of interest include economic development, income distribution, urbanization, poverty, human resources, macroeconomic policies and regimes, business enterprise, finance, agriculture, manufacturing, and transportation improvements. Games and Economic Behavior publishes original and survey papers dealing with game-theoretic modeling in the social, biological, and mathematical sciences. The papers are mathematically rigorous as well as accessible to readers in fields other than that of the author.

The purpose of the journal is to facilitate cross-fertilization between the theory and application of game-theoretic reasoning. The scope of the Review of Financial Economics (RFE) is broad. The RFE publishes original research in finance (e.g. corporate finance, investments, financial institutions and international finance) and economics (e.g. monetary theory, fiscal policy, and international economics). It specifically encourages submissions that apply economic principles to financial decision making. For example, while RFE will publish papers which study the behavior of security prices and those which provide analyses of monetary and fiscal policies, it will offer a special forum for articles which examine the impact of macroeconomic factors on the behavior of security prices.

During the last several years, there has been substantial and important growth in the application of quantitative analysis, i.e., operations research/management science, statistics, and related arenas, to interdisciplinary problems arising in the area of socio-economic planning and development.

Socio-Economic Planning Sciences is an international journal devoted exclusively to research in this important, but under-represented area. It provides a medium for research that might not appear in more specialized journals, either because of the interdisciplinary or applied character of the study, or the mathematical/quantitative nature of the research. The journal thus serves as a focus for investigations that have hitherto appeared in widely-scattered sources and/or less-than-appropriate sources.

Structural Change and Economic Dynamics is a specialized journal, which favours a heterodox approach to the problems of structural change in economic systems and takes a specific interest in the technological, environmental and evolutionary aspects of structural change.
